Ceremonia offers free shipping on all orders above $40 within the United States. For orders below the shipping threshold, a standard shipping flat rate of $8.50 will be applied. Unfortunately, at this time, Ceremonia only ships within the United States. Customers should allow 5-7 business days for their orders to be shipped. If there is a need to change the shipping address, it can be done within 24 hours of placing the order by contacting the Customer Support team at hola@ceremonia.com. However, the brand is unable to adjust and/or cancel orders after that time.

Ceremonia has a return policy that allows customers to return products if they are not satisfied with their purchase. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unopened, unworn, or unused and in its original packaging. Returns are accepted up until 14 days after arrival, and bundles must be returned in full to be eligible. Unfortunately, gift cards cannot be returned. If a product is defective, damaged, or the wrong item was received, customers should contact Ceremonia immediately to make it right.
