Aesop offers standard and expedited shipping options for customers in the United States, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and external territories. Standard shipping is complimentary and estimated to arrive within 2-6 business days depending on location, while expedited shipping with FedEx Standard Overnight is available for a fee of $20. Orders can only be delivered within the United States and its external territories, and PO Box addresses are accepted for standard deliveries. For international shipping, customers can select their desired destination from the website's footer section and will be redirected to the appropriate Aesop website for their region. Prices will be displayed in the destination's currency and orders will be shipped to the recipient's address entered at checkout. Aesop offers a flexible return policy for their products. Customers may receive a refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase if the product was bought outside of November and December, and within 90 days of purchase if bought during those months. Proof of purchase is required, and refunds will be processed via the original payment method. Kits must be returned as a whole, and individual products within them cannot be refunded or exchanged. Gift cards cannot be returned or redeemed for cash. Products purchased from department stores or authorized stockists must be returned according to their respective policies.
