Act + Acre offers free 3-day shipping within the continental US for orders over $75, while orders under $75 are subjected to a $6 flat rate shipping fee. For orders from Hawaii, shipping is free for purchases over $100, while a flat rate of $15 applies to orders to Alaska, Puerto Rico, and Military & Diplomatic addresses. The brand ships via UPS SurePost, and orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. During peak seasons, processing times may be longer. For international orders, Act + Acre products can be purchased from its retail partners. The brand also offers Route Protection, a third-party application that allows customers to buy shipping insurance for all orders. Shipping to Canada is also available, with shipping fees displayed at checkout and orders shipped via UPS. Shipping times for Canadian orders vary depending on location and shipment method.

Act + Acre accepts returns for full-sized products as long as they are at least half full and received within 35 days of initial purchase. Travel size items, mini essentials, hair towel, bamboo comb, gua sha, derma roller, tote bag, rebalancing scent, and items purchased during designated sale periods or promotional partnerships are final sale and not eligible for returns or exchanges. The Plant-Based Capsules can be refunded in full within 60 days of initial purchase without the need for a return. The company does not offer exchanges on any items. Customers must contact Act + Acre's Customer Experience team at hello@actandacre.com to initiate a return. Once the return is approved, the customer will be provided with the return address and any other relevant information. The products must be safely packed and include the return form. The return label can be provided at a cost of $5 to cover return shipping, which will be deducted from the refund. Original shipping costs are not included in refunds. Refunds can take 7-12 business days to process once the return is delivered back to the company.
