Wisp’s Shipping Policy

For domestic orders, Wisp uses USPS, UPS and FedEx with a delivery time of 3-5 business days. After ordering, customers receive a tracking number and can choose Same Day pickup or delivery in the next 3-5 business days. For orders over $50, Wisp offers free shipping. Unfortunately, Wisp is only available in the US, so international customers are not able to take advantage of the shipping policy.

Wisp’s Return Policy

Wisp does not accept returns or exchanges due to being a telehealth service. This means that any items purchased from Wisp cannot be returned for a refund or exchanged for another item. There is no time limit to return an item, as this is not an option, and it does not take Wisp any time to process a return since they do not accept returns.
