The brand only ships to territories in the USA using FedEx Smart post, with an estimated delivery time of 5-7 days from the dispatch date. Orders are typically dispatched within 24 hours of being received. Deliveries to certain areas, such as American Samoa, Federated States of Micronesia, Guam, Marshall Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands, Armed Forces Americas, Armed Forces Europe, and Armed Forces Pacific, may take longer due to limited logistics options. For Hawaii, Nebraska, Montana, Alaska, North Dakota, and South Dakota, the delivery ETA is expected to be within 7-10 days.
Vadham Teas has a comprehensive refund policy for customers who are not satisfied with their order. Cancellation requests must be made within 4 hours of placing the order or before the order is shipped. Replacement requests can be made within 5 days of delivery if the product is damaged, incorrect, expired, or missing. Vadham Teas does not accept returns on any products to minimize their carbon footprint and maintain freshness. However, if a customer is unhappy with their tea and it is their first order, they can reach out to the company within 5 days of delivery for a refund up to a maximum of $35. Refunds will be processed within 7 business days and will only be made to the original mode of payment. Restrictions apply, and the company is not liable to process any refunds if the request is initiated after 5 days of delivery.
