10 Tonal shipping policy
Tonal is unable to ship outside of the United States. However, they do offer delivery to Hawaii and Alaska for an additional $300. Tonal products require professional installation by company employees and delivery takes 3 to 5 weeks. Customers are eligible for a full refund if the product is returned within 30 days of installation.Mirror can ship to all 48 continental states in the US, as well as most Canadian provinces. Delivery within the US costs $250 and takes 7 to 14 business days. Customers have the option to separate the delivery and installation dates. Mirror also allows customers to self-ship products outside of the US and Canada, and provides a 4-hour window for installation. Customers have 30 days to decide if the product is right for them, and are eligible for a full refund if it is returned within that time period.

Tonal and Mirror both offer a 30-day return policy, allowing customers to return their items within 30 days of installation. Tonal can only ship within the United States, and delivery to Hawaii and Alaska costs an extra $300. Mirror can ship to all 48 continental states, as well as most Canadian provinces, with a delivery fee of $250. Returns must be initiated within the 30-day trial period and the customer must pay the full fee even if they choose to install the product themselves. Some items, such as digital downloads, cannot be returned and are non-refundable. Returns are typically processed within a few weeks.
