Thriva ships their kits within 1-2 days of purchase.

Thriva offers a refund for customers who no longer want to do their test or forgot to cancel their subscription before a new kit was sent out. To request a refund, the customer must email hello@thriva.co with the date the order was placed, their name, and order reference number. The company will refund the cost of the test minus the £7 cost of the physical kit. Customers should not send back the physical kit as it cannot be reused due to medical equipment regulations. Thriva cannot process refunds if the test results and GP report have been uploaded to the dashboard, but refunds can be requested up to 2 months after the initial transaction. The company will reimburse using the same means of payment as the initial transaction unless agreed otherwise. If the blood sample has been processed but not uploaded to the account, the customer will receive a 10% refund.
