Tempo Fit's shipping policy states that the current average delivery time is 2-4 weeks, depending on location. Once the unit arrives at the local service hub, the fulfillment partner will contact the customer to schedule a delivery date and time. The delivery window will be 4 hours, and the customer should be home during that time. The In-Home Delivery Service will place the Tempo wherever the customer wants it, power it on, and remove any associated debris. If the customer would like to opt-out of the In-Home Delivery Service, they can let the fulfillment partner know when they reach out for delivery. However, opting out of the service will not waive or deduct the shipping fee associated with the order.

Tempo Fit offers a 30-day return policy for their Tempo Devices. Customers may return their device within this period for a full refund of the amount paid for the device and membership. The original packaging is required to ensure the device remains in good condition during transit. Tempo can provide packaging and shipping for the return at a cost. However, those within the return window or due to a qualifying defect are not responsible for return shipping costs. Refunds may take up to 30 days after Tempo receives and inspects the device. There are restrictions to returning Tempo Devices outside of the 30-day return period or if there are any missing accessories or damage to the equipment that was not noted upon receipt. In such cases, a fee for refurbishment or repair will be assessed and deducted from the deposit and/or invoiced to the card on file.
