Orders placed within the continental United States are shipped with USPS, while orders placed from Canada are shipped with UPS. Domestic shipping is free for orders $30 and over net of any discounts applied and $4.95 below $30. Shipping to Canada is free for orders $40 and over net of any discounts applied, $4.95 for orders between $20 and $40. A minimum order of $20 is required for Canadian orders. Shipments are usually delivered within 3-4 business days in Continental US after it leaves the warehouse, and 3-6 days in Canada. Unfortunately, they cannot offer free shipping to U.S. territories at this time. All international sales are considered final as they cannot accept international returns at this time.

Superzero offers a lifetime guarantee on their beauty products. If customers are not satisfied with the purchase, they can return it to them anytime for a full refund. However, if customers have used almost all of the product, they may not issue a full refund. To be eligible for the return policy, products must have been purchased from their website. If customers bought the wrong product and haven't opened it yet, they can return it for a credit or refund of the purchase price, minus shipping. Customers are responsible for return postage, and the products must be untouched.
