Standard Dose offers shipping within the United States and to Armed Forces addresses (APO and FPO). Orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days for available products, and processing time varies for pre-order or temporarily out-of-stock items. Orders of $40 or more automatically receive free standard shipping, and Tier 3 members of The Space receive free standard shipping on all orders. To receive gifts by 12/25, customers must place their order by 11:59 pm EST on 12/18 with ground shipping and by 3:00 pm EST on 12/21 with expedited shipping. The brand uses reusable, eco-friendly materials like recyclable cardboard boxes and biodegradable packing peanuts for packaging. Unfortunately, at this moment, Standard Dose does not offer international shipping.

Standard Dose accepts returns within 30 days of the original purchase, unless otherwise noted on the product page. The item must be unopened, unused, and undamaged, and returned in its original packaging. Sale items are not eligible for return or exchange. Opened products may be exchanged for store credit at the discretion of Standard Dose. Shipping charges are non-refundable. The return process typically takes 2 weeks to process, and the refund will be issued to the original form of payment within 5 business days after the package arrives at the warehouse.
