Rogue’s Shipping Policy

Rogue Fitness offers a variety of shipping promotions for customers in the continental US 48 states. Orders over $5,000 of in-stock items qualify for free shipping, while purchasing a qualifying power rack allows for a maximum shipping cost of $75 for all items in the cart. Customers can also receive free shipping on select products marked with the "Free Shipping" icon or by ordering three or more products marked with the "3 Ships Free Item" icon. Additionally, purchasing a qualifying barbell with a set of bumper plates results in free shipping on the barbell. Same Day Shipping is available for most parcel orders placed before 3pm EST Monday through Friday, while freight orders take 5-7 days to ship.

Rogue’s Return Policy

Rogue allows customers to return or exchange unused items in new condition within 30 days of delivery. All items must include original packaging, and used or damaged items may be denied a refund or exchange. Customers can generate and print a return authorization using the Online Returns/Exchange Form. Final Sale items, Zeus custom items, made-to-order items, closeout items, Boneyard items, Rx Jump Ropes, face coverings, and gift cards cannot be returned. Shoes returned without a shoe box or with the shipping label affixed to the shoe box will be subject to a $10 fee. Incomplete or unpackaged items may also be denied a refund or exchange. CONUS 48 customers will be responsible for return shipping only for most items, while all customers outside the CONUS 48 will be responsible for shipping both ways. Rogue asks that customers allow up to 3-5 business days for returns or exchanges to be processed, and original shipping charges are not refundable. The brand's cancellation policy allows customers to cancel an order at any time prior to the order entering the “Processing” stage. Once it has entered Processing, the order may not be canceled. The entire order must be canceled, and if you still want certain items, you'll have to purchase them again in a new order. Customers can submit an inquiry to request a cancellation. If eligible, Rogue will send an email confirmation of the cancellation, and customers can confirm in the “Order History” tab of their account page.
