Ritual offers a 30-day happiness guarantee for their products. If a customer is not satisfied with their purchase, they can receive a full refund of their first order with proof of purchase within 30 days of the purchase date. This policy applies to both new and existing subscribers who place a first order for a new product. Products purchased in a Ritual retail store can be refunded for the purchase price in any Ritual location, but cannot be returned or refunded through ritual.com. If more than 30 days have passed since the order was received, customers can request a refund by contacting my@ritual.com.
