If a customer is not satisfied with their purchase, they can receive a full refund of their first order with proof of purchase within 30 days of the purchase date. This policy applies to both new and existing subscribers who place a first order for a new product. Products purchased in a Ritual retail store can be refunded for the purchase price in any Ritual location, but cannot be returned or refunded through ritual.com.
