Redee ships both domestically and internationally. For U.S. orders, if placed before 11am PST, the order will be shipped out the same day and typically arrive within 3-7 business days depending on the chosen shipping method. Orders placed after 11am PST will be shipped out the next business day. A shipping confirmation with tracking information will be emailed to the customer. Orders to Hawaii and Alaska may take 10 or more business days. International orders also ship out the same day if placed before 11am PST, but can take 7-15 business days to arrive depending on the location. Customers should be aware that some countries charge customs fees which are the responsibility of the customer to pay.
Redee offers a risk-free return policy for first-time customers who are not satisfied with their results after using Redee Patch. To initiate a return, customers must send an email to hello@redeepatch.com. The refund will be for the subtotal of the order, excluding shipping costs and any other applicable fees such as taxes and duties, and the maximum refund per order is the value of one 30-pack. However, Redee Mask and Redee Straw are personal use items and cannot be returned. They are not covered by the money-back guarantee.
