Perelel offers a satisfaction guarantee for their vitamin packs, which include the Conception Support Pack, Trimester Pack, Mom Multi Pack, Women's Daily Trio Pack, and Men's Multi Pack. Customers who are not satisfied with their first pack can request a full refund, less the cost of shipping, within 30 days of their first delivery. Bulk purchases are not eligible for refunds, except for the first pack in the order.
