Peach and Lily offers free standard shipping within the USA for orders over $50, and standard shipping for a flat rate of $6 for orders under $50. FedEx 2-Day and Overnight options are also available for an additional cost. Orders are processed and shipped out the following day, unless submitted after 8 AM on Thursday or between Friday and Monday, in which case they will be shipped out the following Tuesday. International shipping is available to select countries, with shipping rates calculated based on package weight. International customers are responsible for all customs, duties, and taxes.

Peach and Lily's return policy allows for a full refund within 30 days of the purchase date. Return shipping is free of charge and can be requested by emailing hello@peachandlily.com with the order number and reason for return. Single-use products can only be returned if new and unused. The Korean Skincare Regimen Kits cannot be returned or refunded. Only the items specified in the original return request will be refunded, and shipping fees are not eligible for refund. Dollar value discounts will be converted into a percentage discount for each item returned. The company cannot accept returns on international orders and shipments. After the return is received and inspected, the refund will be processed and applied to the original method of payment.
