Owlet's Shipping Policy

Owlet's Return Policy

Owlet has a 45-day return policy for products purchased directly from owletcare.com. Customers must request a Return Authorization Form from customer service within 45 days from the date of purchase and must pay for the return shipping costs. The product must be in good condition and returns must be made through the ALCA Distribution Inc. within three weeks from when you receive your Return Authorization. Items that cannot be returned include digital downloads, gift cards, and opened items. It typically takes up to two weeks for Owlet to process a return.
