Solly Baby offers free UPS 2nd Day Air shipping on all domestic orders of $80 or more. For orders under $80, there is a flat shipping rate of $6.95. There is also a flat shipping rate of $15 for USPS First Class International to some destinations, but duties and taxes will be the customer's responsibility upon the order's arrival. Orders are typically processed and shipped within 48 business hours, but during high volume times, it may take longer. Solly Baby accepts returns and exchanges of unused, unwashed items in the original packaging within 30 days of the order's arrival. Customers must email orders@sollybaby.com to initiate the return process. If the item does not meet the above conditions, a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund or store credit. Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged. The company will cover the cost of return shipping for the first return or exchange from a U.S. address, excluding APO/FPO addresses.
