Solly Baby offers free UPS 2nd Day Air shipping on all domestic orders of $80 or more. For orders under $80, there is a flat shipping rate of $6.95. International shipping is also available with UPS rates varying based on destination, and duties and taxes included at checkout. There is also a flat shipping rate of $15 for USPS First Class International to some destinations, but duties and taxes will be the customer's responsibility upon the order's arrival. Orders are typically processed and shipped within 48 business hours, but during high volume times, it may take longer. Delivery windows vary depending on the destination and options selected at checkout. However, the brand cannot guarantee arrival dates and is not responsible for any transit delays or missing packages.

Solly Baby accepts returns and exchanges of unused, unwashed items in the original packaging within 30 days of the order's arrival. Customers must email orders@sollybaby.com to initiate the return process. If the item does not meet the above conditions, a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund or store credit.
