For domestic orders, Wonderbly offers free shipping on orders over a certain price. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout for orders below that price. Wonderbly return policy
40-day return window
Wonderbly has a strict return policy for personalized items. Customers may cancel an order within 40 days of their order date if it does not arrive, or within 14 days of receiving their item if it is defective or has a problem. If canceled, Wonderbly will cover any shipping fees and the item must be sent back in its original packaging. Other than defects or problems, orders cannot be refunded once placed. There is no time limit for processing returns. Non-personalized items cannot be returned.
