Wonderbly has a strict return policy for personalized items. Customers may cancel an order within 40 days of their order date if it does not arrive, or within 14 days of receiving their item if it is defective or has a problem. If canceled, Wonderbly will cover any shipping fees and the item must be sent back in its original packaging. Other than defects or problems, orders cannot be refunded once placed.
