Lalo’s Shipping Policy
Lalo offers free shipping for orders over $100 within the continental US, excluding EllaOla products. Return shipping costs will also be covered for returns made within the continental US. However, orders from outside the continental US may be subject to shipping and/or restocking fees. The brand allows returns for furniture items for a full refund within 100 days of delivery and 30 days on all non-furniture items and accessories, provided that the items are returned in their original packaging with all tags, labels, parts, assembly tools, and accessories included. The 100 day trial period begins on the day the original order is received, and making an exchange within that period will not extend the trial period.
