Free shipping over $100
Orders over $100 receive free shipping in the continental US. Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Canada are subject to additional shipping fees. Ella Ola products ship separately with an additional $15 shipping charge.
Lalo return policy
100-day return window
Furniture items can be returned for full refund within 100 days of delivery; non-furniture items, toys, and accessories within 30 days. All returns must be in original packaging with product tags attached and all parts and accessories included, or shipping and restocking fees apply.
