The Honest Company offers shipping to all 50 US States, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, and Canada. However, select Honest Products cannot be shipped to Canada due to Canadian regulations. The brand does not ship to any other US territories, mail-forwarding or freight-forwarding services. Orders over $50 shipped within the contiguous US are eligible for free shipping, while all other shipping costs will be messaged during the checkout process if applicable. Expedited shipping is also available for an increased cost. Processing times for orders are approximately 1 to 3 business days, with orders placed on a weekend or holiday processed on the next business day. The shipping methods offered during checkout will differ based on the shipping address and number of items being ordered. Shipping times range from 3 - 8 business days for FedEx Ground shipping to 1 - 3 business days for FedEx Standard Overnight. Due to FAA safety restrictions, certain items cannot be shipped by air. The brand reserves the right to change its shipping policies at any time.

The Honest Company accepts returns within 90 days of the order date for eligible products purchased on Honest.com and shipped within the contiguous United States. Returned items must be in unopened and original condition. Final sale items and promotional items cannot be returned. Gift cards cannot be returned or refunded, unless required by law. Products shipped to Canada, Hawaii, Alaska, and APO/FPO addresses are not eligible for returns. Original shipping and handling fees and international surcharges are not eligible for refund. Once the company receives the returned item(s), allow up to 10 working days for them to process the refund. Refunds will be issued back to the original form of payment. If paid with an Honest.com gift card or store credit, the refund will be issued as store credit. If paid with PayPal, the refund will be issued back to the applicable account. If paid with a credit or debit card, the refund will be issued back to the card. Multiple credits may appear on the statement if multiple items are returned.
