Here's what shoppers have to say:
Cons

MUTHA's Shipping Policy

MUTHA currently ships to the United States and Canada only, including Alaska and Hawaii. Shipping within the continental U.S. is complimentary for orders above $35, and expedited shipping is available at an additional fee. MUTHA requires up to 48 hours to process orders before they are shipped. Ground shipping is the only available option for Canada, and the consignee will be responsible for paying taxes and duties in addition to the purchase price of the goods. Unfortunately, MUTHA is unable to ship to PO Boxes at this time. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, returns are accepted within 30 days for credit, but only for products purchased on MUTHA.com.

MUTHA's Return Policy

MUTHA requires a receipt or proof of purchase to complete a return. Customers must call the Customer Service line during normal hours of operation to receive an authorization number (RMA #) to write on the receipt or proof of purchase. Items must be packed in the original product packaging and sent to MUTHA. Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs, and shipping costs are non-refundable. If an item is over $75, customers should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
