Mirror offers a 30-day return policy for their devices and packages. Customers can request a return within 30 days of delivery, but only if the purchase was made directly from Mirror. If a package was purchased, both the Mirror device and all accessories included in the package must be returned to be eligible for a refund. Customers are responsible for any shipping or delivery charges incurred. If a return is approved, refunds will be issued within 10 business days and credited back to the original credit card. Accessories and apparel can also be returned within 30 days of purchase, but they must be unused and in their original packaging. Final sale items and accessories purchased as part of a package cannot be returned. If any items are returned in damaged or altered condition, they may not be eligible for a refund.
