Mij offers shipping through Royal Mail Tracked for all orders. Orders placed after 2pm on Thursday should be delivered the following Tuesday, while orders placed after 2pm on Friday through Sunday should arrive on Tuesday or Wednesday the following week. All orders are sent Royal Mail Tracked, and customers can track their order using the tracking code and link provided in the shipping confirmation email. Please note that import regulations, duties, and taxes may apply for orders delivered outside of the UK, and customers are solely responsible for any payment of import duties and taxes.

Mij offers a 28-day return policy for all items in perfect condition and unused. To process a return, customers must include the completed returns form and all original paperwork in the original packaging or a suitable shipping box. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Domestic returns must be securely packaged and properly protected, and the returns form must be included. International returns must be sent using a tracked and insured service. Refunds are processed within 10 working days of receipt of the returned goods, and delivery costs are only refunded for faulty goods. International customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable for shipments outside of the European Community where they apply. Mij will exchange eligible items subject to stock availability. Faulty items will only be accepted within 28 days of purchase, and items displaying damage deemed to be a result of fair wear and tear will not be accepted as faulty.
