Maddle ships all their products from their warehouse in Markham, Ontario, and they work with trusted partners for order fulfillment. They take pride in providing quality work and efficiency, ensuring that their products reach customers' doorsteps as quickly as possible and at the lowest price on the market. Shipping times vary depending on the location and volume of shipping, with an estimated 1 to 5 business days for delivery. Additional shipping fees apply to certain locations, such as Alaska, Hawaii, Yukon, Nunavut, and N.W.T. Customers can contact Maddle for more information and a quote. Maddle offers Route Package Insurance for an added layer of protection during shipping, although customers can opt-out if they choose.

Maddle offers a return and exchange policy for items within thirty (30) days of delivery, provided that the merchandise is unopened, unused, in its original packaging and condition. If a damaged product is received, customers must contact Maddle within forty-eight (48) hours of delivery and provide adequate and satisfactory proof of the damage. Restocking fees equal to ten percent (10%) of the total value of the product or products returned will be charged if the package and/or box is damaged and/or not in its original packaging. Maddle's products have a limited warranty of 12 months from the earlier of the date of purchase or shipment, and the warranty only covers certain manufacturer defects. If a product is returned under warranty terms, Maddle reserves the right to refuse a refund or exchange if there has been a breach that voids the warranty coverage or if the state of the product is not as described in its original condition. Return shipping labels are only valid for fourteen (14) days following the date of issuance by e-mail. All shipping costs and restocking fees will be automatically deducted from the refund issued following the return, if applicable. Refunds or balances on exchanges will be issued in the original form of payment with the various fees deducted, if applicable. No refund or credit will be given, nor will a product be returned for any counterfeit product received by Maddle. Returns will be accepted for a period of six (6) months after the official discontinuation date for any products that have been discontinued or are no longer available on Maddle's website.
