Lash's shipping policy states that orders will typically ship within 24-48 hours Monday-Friday, and orders placed on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday will be shipped on Monday. Sometimes, the brand ships out on Saturdays as well. However, once items are shipped, Lash is not responsible if the package becomes lost.

Lash has a customer-centric approach and prioritizes customer satisfaction. The brand accepts returns or exchanges for unopened and unused items within 14 days of the delivery date.
