Free shipping over $60
Knickey offers free shipping for domestic orders over $60, with a flat fee of $4 for orders under that amount. The company uses USPS Standard First Class Mail and USPS Priority Mail as their available shipping options, and orders usually take 3 to 7 days to arrive. Customers will receive a tracking number via a confirmation email to monitor their package. For international destinations, Knickey offers shipping to many countries, with shipping costs calculated at checkout.

30-day return window
Knickey offers a hassle-free return policy for their products. Customers can initiate the returns process within 30 days of purchase. For undies, the First Pair Guarantee covers trying on one pair of each unique style and size in the first order. Duplicate pairs must be unopened, unworn, and unwashed to be eligible for return. Socks can be returned if they are unopened and still in their original packaging. Bralettes can be tried on for size and fit, but must show no signs of wear and have the hangtag attached to be eligible for return. The company offers free return shipping for exchanges and store credit, but a small $4 return shipping fee will be deducted from the refund total.
