Kinship ships to all 50 states in the United States, US Territories, and APO/FPO. They also offer shipping to Canada, which takes 5-10 business days after fulfillment and includes duties and taxes, with rates varying. They offer US Standard Shipping (4-8 business days after fulfillment) for a flat rate of $6.95, and it's free for all orders $45+. US 2-Day Expedited Shipping (2 business days after fulfillment) is also available for the 48 contiguous states, with shipping costs calculated at checkout. However, it's not available to AK, HI, APO/FPO, and P.O. Boxes. Kinship uses USPS and UPS for US orders and DHL for Canada. They hope to offer other international shipping options in the future.

Kinship's Return Policy

Kinship offers a Feel Good Guarantee for their skincare products. Customers can try Kinship products risk-free and if they are not completely satisfied within 30 days, they can contact customer service to make it right. However, Skincare Multi-Tool and merchandise are final sale and cannot be returned. To start a return, customers must contact the care team within 30 days of receiving their order and include their order number in the email. Refunds will be processed to the original form of payment, but original shipping charges are not refundable. It may take approximately 5-10 business days for credit card refunds to process, depending on the bank or card's policy. If a customer received Kinship as a gift, they can contact the care team with the original order number to refund or exchange.
