They offer US Standard Shipping (4-8 business days after fulfillment) for a flat rate of $6.95, and it's free for all orders $45+. US 2-Day Expedited Shipping (2 business days after fulfillment) is also available for the 48 contiguous states, with shipping costs calculated at checkout. To start a return, customers must contact the care team within 30 days of receiving their order and include their order number in the email. Refunds will be processed to the original form of payment, but original shipping charges are not refundable. It may take approximately 5-10 business days for credit card refunds to process, depending on the bank or card's policy.
