Domestic orders are processed within 1-2 business days and shipped for a flat rate of $5 for orders under $35, while orders over $35 receive free ground shipping. Expedited shipping is also available for $25 per order or free for orders over $100. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout, and orders are processed within 1-2 business days before being shipped on Mondays and Fridays. Delivery times for international orders vary by country and product, and duties and taxes are collected at checkout for a smoother delivery experience. Kaja Beauty stands behind its products and evaluates any claims for manufacturing defects within 6 months of the purchase date.

Kaja Beauty offers a 90-day return or replacement policy for eligible purchases made through their website. Refunds can be issued to the original payment method or as Reward Points added to the customer's Rewards account. To request a refund or replacement, customers must email orders@memebox.com with their order ID, name of the product(s), reason for refund or replacement, and photo(s) of the product(s) including the Lot ID. Shipping fees are final and will not be refunded, and all sale items are considered final sale and not eligible for a refund. The company currently does not accept physical mail-in returns. If a purchase was made through Amazon or one of Kaja Beauty's retailers, customers must refer to their return policy and contact them directly.
