Jeffree Star Cosmetics has a return policy that allows customers to return their items within 14 days of receiving them. The customer must send the item back to the address provided, including the order number on the outside of the package. Exchanges are currently not available. Once the returned order is received, it takes 5-7 business days to process. The customer will be notified via email when the refund is processed. The refund will be issued to the original form of payment used at the time of purchase. If the account is no longer active, a check will be mailed to the address on the customer profile, which can take 4-6 weeks to process. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable.
