JaxJox only offers shipping for their InteractiveStudio, KettlebellConnect 2.0, DumbbellConnect, and Foam RollerConnect products within the 48 contiguous United States. International shipping is not available, and any purchases or use of the product outside of this area will be the sole responsibility of the buyer. Estimated shipping times are not guaranteed, and JaxJox is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from delays in shipment or delivery. Once an order has shipped, the buyer will receive a FedEx tracking number. Refused deliveries may be subject to a restocking fee.
JaxJox offers a 30-day return policy for their products. Customers must contact JaxJox by email and return the product within 30 days of delivery. The returned product must be in good physical condition and include all original components. If the return is found to be broken, damaged, or missing parts, additional fees may apply. Shipping and handling charges, gift wrap fees, and taxes paid are not refundable, and the customer is responsible for all shipping charges. Refunds will be issued within ten business days of receiving the returned equipment and will only be credited back to the original credit card. The InteractiveStudio will be charged an additional return shipping fee of $250, KettlebellConnect 2.0 $30, DumbbellConnect $70, Push UpConnect $10, and Foam RollerConnect $10. JaxJox does not offer refunds for any shipping or delivery charges paid to receive the equipment. After 30 days, customers should refer to the Limited Warranty and contact JaxJox with any questions or service requests.
