Hydrow ships to the continental US only and does not offer international shipping at this time. The brand offers two types of delivery services: Hydrow Standard Delivery and Hydrow Delivery and In-Home Assembly. Hydrow Standard Delivery is the default option for apartment and condo residents, and the delivery personnel will leave the boxed Hydrow as close to the first entrance of the building as possible. If customers require help bringing the Hydrow to their door or room of choice, they should select Hydrow Delivery and In-Home Assembly as a shipping option when placing their order. Hydrow does not offer expedited shipping or shipping deals for purchases over a certain price. Please note that Hydrow cannot ship to PO boxes, APO, FPO, DPO destinations, or to freight forwarders.

Hydrow offers a 30-day return policy for customers who purchase directly from their online store and are not eligible for the Hydrow 30-Day Risk-Free Home Trial. Customers can request a return within 30 days of delivery, but will be charged a $250 return shipping fee which will be deducted from their refund. Hydrow reserves the right to refuse a refund or charge additional restocking fees if the returned item is damaged, missing parts, or shows signs of abuse. Refunds will only be credited back to the original payment method. Hydrow's return policy does not cover ordinary wear and tear, or damage caused by improper use or accidents. Apparel, headphones, heart rate monitors, and other fitness accessories cannot be returned if they have been opened, used, worn, or were a marked down/sale item.
