Heyday Skincare's Shipping Policy

Heyday Skincare currently only ships within the US, but they hope to extend to the rest of the world soon. Orders ship within 1-3 days with tracked shipping through DHL or UPS. Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout and timeframes depend on your location. Customers can get free shipping when they order over $30.

Heyday Skincare's Return Policy

Heyday Skincare offers a 14-day return policy from the delivery date. Unused products can be refunded, while minimally used ones are eligible for store credit within this timeframe. Sale items and promotional purchases will also receive store credit upon return. Gift cards cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstances. For online returns, contact hello@heydayskincare.com, who will provide a prepaid return label to ship your product back free of charge. In-person returns should be processed at local Heyday shops.
