Hero Health offers free shipping within the US for all orders. They do not ship internationally. The monthly membership fee covers staff wages, software updates, and any necessary repairs or replacements. Members are taken care of like family with 24/7 support and automatic prescription refills, and their machines and apps receive constant updates. Membership fees also cover the limited warranty and any shipping and repair fees that come with claims. There are no shipping deals or prices for purchases over a certain price.

Hero Health's return policy for its Pill Dispenser allows customers to return the product within 30 days of activation for a full refund, as long as they call or email customer service for a prepaid shipping label and return the item in its original packaging. After 30 days of activation, customers are locked in for 12 months of monthly fees and must return the machine within 30 days of cancelling their subscription to avoid a $1,500 charge. There is no time limit to process a return, however, customers are responsible for any shipping and handling costs if they do not have the original packaging. All pills must be removed from the machine before returning.
