Henry Rose ships domestically to addresses within the continental US. Orders placed before 11AM EST will ship out the same day, and orders placed after 11AM EST will ship out the next business day. Delivery will take 2-7 business days and customers can track their orders with a link included in their shipping confirmation email. There are no additional shipping costs for domestic orders.Henry Rose does not currently ship internationally, but customers can purchase Henry Rose products from goop.com, which ships to Canada, France, the UK, Germany, and Italy.

Henry Rose offers customers the opportunity to return their orders within 14 days from the time it arrives at their door. Customers must email [email protected] and include their name, order number, and reason for return in order to initiate the return process. The customer must then package the item and drop it off at a local post office. Henry Rose will issue a refund within 3-4 business days, minus a $7 restocking fee. Refunds to credit cards or PayPal will take around 10 business days to appear in the customer's account. All items are eligible for return with the exception of final sale items, which cannot be returned.
