In the UK, standard shipping costs £3.95, and orders over £30 qualify for free shipping. Orders take 2-3 working days to arrive, and a next day service is available for £5.95. In the US and Australia, standard shipping costs £11.95 or is free for orders over £60 and £55 respectively. Orders take 12 working days to arrive in the US and 10-14 working days in Australia. For the rest of the world, excluding Europe, the standard shipping rate is £11.95, and orders take 5-14 working days to arrive. In Ireland, standard shipping costs £4.95, and orders over £30 qualify for free shipping. Orders take 2-7 working days to arrive. All customs duties are the responsibility of the customer once the order arrives in the country. Unfortunately, Hello Sunday does not currently ship to Europe.

Hello Sunday offers a 28 day return window for unused and unopened items. To return an item, customers should use a tracked service with proof of delivery and send it to the Hello Sunday SPF address in Southend-on-Sea. For bundle purchases, all components must be returned at once. Shipping costs will not be refunded. Once the items are inspected, a refund will be issued.
