Standard shipping takes 5-7 business days ($6.95), Express takes 2 business days ($22.00), and Next-Day takes 1 business day ($30.00). Orders placed before 11am PST Monday-Friday begin processing the same day with 2-3 business days processing time for US orders.

30-day return window
HAUS LABS offers a 30-day return policy for unopened and unused items. To initiate a return, customers must contact the support team via email with the order number, reason for the return, and the items they are returning. Once the company receives the item(s), they will refund the customer's original payment method, excluding the shipping cost. Customers are responsible for return shipping fees and exchanges are only available for products of equal value. Unfortunately, exchanges are not available for international customers and there is no specified processing time for returns.
