Gentle Herd has a 28 Day Return and Exchanges Policy. The customer must provide the return tracking number of the receipt and keep the original packaging in the same condition as when they received it, including all tags and boxes. Non-returnable items are final sale items that do not qualify for returns and exchanges. Customized or modified items are also considered final sales and cannot be returned. The actual shipping fee and return shipping costs are not refundable if the customer is not satisfied with an order for personal reasons. If customers receive the wrong item or a damaged product, they need to pre-pay the return shipping fee. The refund usually takes up to 5 business days to show on the customer's account.
