Rachel Comey offers free returns for online orders within 14 days of the delivery date. Customers can use the pre-paid return label included in their package to send back their return. All merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, and in otherwise perfect condition in order to be considered for return. Shoes should be tried on a carpeted surface, and must be returned in their original, undamaged shoe box. Swimwear will only be accepted if the hygienic strip is intact. All jewelry and items discounted 30% or more are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return or exchange. In-store purchases can only be exchanged or returned for store credit. International returns can be processed through Global-E. The account will be credited within 5 business days of receipt, less any original shipping charges. It may take up to an additional 10 days for the refund to show up on the account statement, depending on the credit issuer's processing time. The company reserves the right to refuse any return that does not comply with the stated conditions.
