Sunspel offers worldwide shipping with varying delivery times and costs depending on the destination. For UK orders, shipping costs £5 or is free for orders over £200, and delivery is estimated to take 1-2 working days for mainland UK and 1-3 working days for beyond mainland UK. US orders have a shipping cost of $10 or are free for orders over $250, and delivery is estimated to take 1-3 working days. For Eurozone deliveries, shipping costs €5 or is free for orders over €150, and delivery is estimated to take 1-3 working days for Central and Western Europe and 4-6 working days for Eastern and Southern Europe. Rest of the world orders have a shipping cost of £20 or are free for orders over £200, and delivery is estimated to take 1-4 working days with some exceptions. Sunspel cannot deliver to PO Box addresses or APO addresses due to courier restrictions. During sales and promotional periods, shipping and delivery times may be delayed. Sunspel aims to dispatch all orders within 1 working day and offers a replacement for non-delivered goods to certain regions. Customers can contact Sunspel's customer service team for any queries regarding delivery.
Sunspel accepts returns and exchanges within 28 days of delivery (14 days for sale items). The items must be new, unused, in a saleable condition, with all the labels, tags, security devices or seals intact, and in their original packaging. Underwear and swimwear must be unworn. The customer is responsible for paying the postage charges for returning goods, and it is recommended to request proof of postage. Sunspel does not refund the original postage and packaging charge, but exchanges are sent out free of charge. The returns window for sale items is 14 days from the date of delivery, and underwear must be returned within 14 days of delivery. Sunspel sets are not valid for a refund, and only individual items in the sets can be exchanged with the same item in an alternate size. Refunds are available on the return of the whole set. For footwear, the original boxes are considered part of the product and must be returned in their original condition within protective packaging. Sunspel aims to process returns within 7-10 working days.
