Sheep Inc. processes orders from Monday to Friday, and any orders placed after 3PM GMT will be processed the next business day, excluding weekends and public holidays. The brand offers standard shipping, which takes 2-3 business days (tracked) and is free for orders over £100 in the UK. For orders below £100, the shipping cost is £3.50. Express shipping is also available for next day delivery (if ordered by 3pm) at a cost of £5. International shipping is available to several countries, including Australia, Canada, France, Germany, Italy, Spain, and the United States. Standard and express shipping are available for international orders, with shipping costs varying depending on the country. The brand ships all orders from their carbon-neutral fulfilment site, Airbox, and uses different couriers depending on the country. Sheep Inc. is currently unable to deliver to PO Boxes.

Sheep Inc. offers a hassle-free return policy for customers who are not satisfied with their purchase. Customers can return their items within 28 days from the delivery date, provided that the items are unworn and in their original packaging with all tags attached. To initiate a return, customers should log in to their account on the Sheep Inc. website and select the item(s) they wish to return. They will receive a Unique Return Number (URN) and further instructions on how to return the item. Customers must write the URN on page 2 of the despatch note and package the item with all packaging elements into the box and apply the prepaid label included. After the item has been returned, Sheep Inc. will inspect it and process the return within 14 days. Please note that items cannot be returned from a different country than the original shipping country. If a customer is based in Austria, Belgium, Greece, Luxembourg, New Zealand, and Portugal, they will have to pay for postage and cannot use pre-paid postage labels.
