Free shipping
Flyby offers free domestic ground shipping within the United States via UPS. Orders are expected to arrive 3-5 days from the time of shipment. However, Flyby does not ship to the following states and U.S. Territories: Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands. Unfortunately, Flyby does not offer international shipping at this time.

30-day return window
Flyby's return policy states that returns must be submitted within 30 days of delivery. Refunds take 7-14 business days to be processed after the item has been received. All items must be unwashed, undamaged, and in the same condition as received. Customers will receive a prepaid shipping label upon submitting a return request, but there is a $10 processing fee per item in the return request, unless otherwise noted. Items must be returned in their original packaging.
