Flaus currently only ships to the United States. They offer three different shipping methods: Standard Shipping (5-8 business days), Priority Shipping (3-4 business days), and Express Shipping (1-2 business days).

Flaus offers a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee on all their products. If customers are not satisfied with their purchase for any reason, they can return the product with its original packaging and accessories, along with the original receipt, within 30 days of receipt of goods for a full refund of the product cost (excluding shipping costs). Customers must contact Flaus before attempting to send back their order, and exact return addresses will be provided by the Customer Experience Team during the return process. Flaus branded products purchased through other retailers must be returned directly to them according to their returns and refunds policy.
