For domestic orders, eyebobs offers free 2-day shipping and Fed-Ex Priority overnight shipping for an additional charge. Orders placed before noon CT will ship the same day and orders placed after noon CT will ship the next business day. For international orders, eyebobs uses FedEx or USPS and import duties and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient. Shipping estimates vary depending on the country and include 2-5 Business Days (FedEx International Economy), 3-5 Business Days (Express Mail International), and 6-10 Business Days (Priority Mail International). Made to order items require 7-10 business days for construction and will ship once completed. Orders over $50 receive free shipping.

Eyebobs Glasses's Return Policy

Eyebobs offers a free return policy for customers within the US who return items new, unworn and unaltered within 90 days of purchase. Customers must initiate a return or exchange through the official website, eyebobs.com, and print their return postage label after completing the online form. International customers must also return items under the same conditions as domestic orders. Lens replacements are charged for and customers receive a prepaid return label via email. The new lenses will be received within 10 business days of the team receiving the old ones. Lens replacement prices are $50 for standard reader lenses and $70 for blue light readers. Items cannot be returned if they are worn, altered, or past the 90 day return window.
