Waldo's Return Policy

Waldo has a return policy that allows customers to return their order within 30 days of receiving it. To initiate a return, customers need to contact the company via text, email, or phone using the contact details provided. The boxes must be unopened to be eligible for a full refund, exchange, or credit to the customer's account. However, if the packaging has been opened, the company cannot accept any returns as contact lenses are considered a medical device. If the packaging arrives damaged, customers should contact the company with the lot number to receive replacement lenses. Waldo does not provide a shipping label for returns at this time.
