Stoggles's Shipping Policy

Stoggles offers shipping options for both domestic and international orders. For orders within the United States, customers can choose between Standard shipping for $5 or Express shipping for an additional $10. Domestic orders are shipped through USPS from the brand's Los Angeles warehouse within 3-5 business days after placing the order. Prescription orders may take a minimum of 4 weeks to make the lenses once prescription and billing information is approved. Bulk orders will take 5-7 days to ship out. For international orders, Stoggles offers Standard and Express shipping options depending on the destination country. Duties and taxes will be automatically calculated and displayed during checkout for applicable countries. Depending on the country, customers may choose between DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) or DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid). International orders can take between 4 to 21 business days to deliver, depending on the destination country and shipping method chosen.

Stoggles's Return Policy

Stoggles has a customer-friendly return policy that allows merchandise to be returned within 45 days of the ship date, provided that it is unused and in the original packaging. To initiate the return process, customers can use the returns portal on the Stoggles website to receive a return label for their order.
