Refunds are issued only to the credit card used on the order, but if customers don't have access to that card, they will receive store credit.

Zenni offers a 30-day return policy for glasses and unused accessories. Customers must call for a return authorization (RA) number within 30 days of receiving the glasses. If the customer made a mistake or doesn't like the glasses, they can return them for a one-time-use 100% store credit or a 50% refund to their credit or debit card or PayPal account. Store credit orders can only be returned for a 50% refund of the store credit amount used. Shipping charges will not be refunded. If there is a manufacturing error, the glasses can be returned within the 30-day warranty period for inspection and a possible remake at no additional charge.
