Zenni shipping policy
Zenni is a brand that ships its affordable eyewear worldwide with low shipping rates. They offer expedited shipping with their new Fast Frame Glasses service, which delivers single-vision prescription glasses in just 2-3 business days. They also offer express shipping to certain locations for a fee, including the US, Australia, New Zealand, Europe, and Israel. However, due to the ongoing impact of COVID-19, shipping restrictions may apply. Zenni does not offer combined shipping or rush delivery. In case of damaged glasses during shipping, customers should contact their Customer Service department. Refunds are issued only to the credit card used on the order, but if customers don't have access to that card, they will receive store credit.
Zenni return policy
30-day return window
Zenni offers a 30-day return policy for glasses and unused accessories. Customers must call for a return authorization (RA) number within 30 days of receiving the glasses. If the customer made a mistake or doesn't like the glasses, they can return them for a one-time-use 100% store credit or a 50% refund to their credit or debit card or PayPal account. Store credit orders can only be returned for a 50% refund of the store credit amount used. Shipping charges will not be refunded. If there is a manufacturing error, the glasses can be returned within the 30-day warranty period for inspection and a possible remake at no additional charge. Unused accessories can be returned for a 100% store credit or refund.
