Orders are processed within 24 hours from Monday to Friday, and packages are delivered once a day in the early afternoon to the selected carrier. Standard shipping within Metropolitan France and Corsica takes 2 to 3 working days and costs €3.90, with free shipping offered for purchases over €60. Express shipping via Chronopost takes 24 to 48 hours and costs €7.95, with free shipping offered for purchases over €80. For overseas destinations, shipping takes 11 to 18 working days and costs €19.90, with free shipping offered for purchases over €80. Shipping to Europe is divided into three zones, with home delivery taking 2 to 8 working days and costing €7.90 for Zone 1 and €9.90 for Zones 2 and 3. Free shipping is offered for purchases over €80 for Zone 1 and €500 for the rest of the world. Mondial Relay is also available for shipping within Metropolitan France and Corsica, costing €4.90 and offering free shipping for purchases over €60. It is important to note that a tax of €5 HT per package will be applied to each shipment to overseas destinations.
Epycure return policy
14-day return window
Epycure offers a legal right of withdrawal for eligible products. Customers may exercise their right of withdrawal within a specific timeframe and follow the designated return methods to obtain a refund of the returned products and delivery costs. The refund will be made through the same payment method used for the initial transaction, and the processing time may take up to 14 days following the effective exercise of the right of withdrawal. The returned products must be in their original condition and packaging. The 14-day period may be extended until the products are received by Epycure or proof of shipment is provided.
