Free shipping
EnChroma offers free shipping via UPS for shipments within the United States. Orders placed before 2pm PT will be processed and shipped the same day. However, orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be processed the following week. EnChroma does not process or ship orders on holidays such as New Year’s Day, MLK Day, President’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Juneteenth National Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Friday after Thanksgiving, and Christmas Day. For Rx orders shipping in the US, the estimated delivery is 2-4 weeks processing time plus 2-5 days transit time after receiving and reviewing the valid Rx. EnChroma does not ship to international P.O. Box addresses.
EnChroma return policy
60-day return window
EnChroma offers a 60-day worry-free return policy for all products purchased directly through their website, with the exception of items marked as Final Sale. Eyewear may be returned within 60 days of the shipping date for a full refund, and a store credit can be offered for orders shipped to US addresses. EnChroma does not cover the cost of return shipping for international orders. Refurbished bundles are subject to a $50 restocking fee. Products should be returned with any included accessories.
