Eddi offers domestic ground shipping within the continental United States for all orders. Standard shipping is free for orders over $85, and expedited shipping is available for an additional fee. Orders should arrive within 5-7 business days with standard shipping and 2-3 business days with expedited shipping. Subscription orders also receive free shipping within the continental U.S. Shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, or any expedited shipping option will come at an additional cost. Eddi currently ships to the United States and Canada, with additional shipping charges for Canadian orders. Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or calculated shipping cost and are the customer's responsibility. The brand plans to expand international shipping options in the future.

Eddi allows returns for Starter Sets and Dispensers within 30 days of purchase for orders totaling $110 or less before tax. Orders above $110 are eligible for exchange only. Refills and Gift Cards are non-refundable. To initiate a return, customers within the continental U.S. can contact Eddi customer service to receive a prepaid return shipping label. Products must be returned unused and undamaged to be eligible for a refund, which will be processed to the original form of payment minus the cost of shipping. Customers outside the continental U.S. are responsible for return shipping costs, duties, taxes, and other charges. Eddi accepts partial exchanges and will ship out the new order with a prepaid shipping label included. Exchanged products must be received unused and undamaged, and the difference in price will be charged to the original form of payment if exchanging for items of a different price. Free outbound shipping is not included for exchanges.
