Shipping options include Ground, Premium, and Express, with estimated delivery times ranging from 2-5 business days to 1-2 business days. Yeti also offers UPS SurePost for orders to Alaska, Hawaii, PO Boxes, and APO/FPO military addresses. International shipping is available to select countries, with product prices appearing in the local currency and order totals including international shipping costs. Promotional shipping only applies to orders shipped within the contiguous United States and does not apply to Hawaii or Alaska. Customers should note that all customized products will require additional processing time.

Yeti offers a free return policy for a refund within 30 days of purchase, provided the item is unused and still in its original packaging. However, customized items cannot be returned.
